Refund Policy

1. General return conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from THN-Store FZCO. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt of the order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.
  • Items must be accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items on sale or on promotion.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Personal care products such as cosmetics and underwear, unless still sealed.

3. Return process

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us: Email our customer service at thnstorefzco@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to send your items.
  3. Return Shipping:Pack the items carefully and send them to the address provided in the return authorization. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

  • Approval:If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain time frame.
  • Rejection:If your return is rejected, we will return the item to you and notify you of the reasons for the rejection.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at thnstorefzco@gmail.com and follow the instructions for returning the item.
